Traffic in York peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. I recently celebrated a big birthday with my girlfriends at the Cove. We drove an hour from Baltimore and the Cove did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! Susie the manager went above and beyond to make my birthday special. Parker was our server and he was fantastic. We ate outside in our own little cabana type thing. It was private and the scenery was pretty. I highly recommend the Cove for a celebration, date night, or anytime really. Next time I'm in York, I am definitely eating there again.

It is apparent from the outside the establishment has been recently remodeled. It is sleek and modern. Stepping inside was like walking into a cigar lounge without the smell and smoke. Leather chairs, heavy wood chairs, beautiful bar, and a chill atmosphere. We waited at the hostess table, for a good 5 minutes. The hostess (we later guessed to be the owner or manager) never came to seat us. One of the friendly bartenders came around the bar, grabbed some menus, looked at the seating chart and put us at a table. I was afraid how our experience was gonna be after that. Luckily, our waiter turned that experience around. Ky introduced himself, got us a couple of glasses of water and welcomed us to the restaurant. We ordered the Short Rib Poutine as a starter. I ordered the Steak and Shrimp Wrap, my son got the Cajun Chicken and Broccoli over Pasta. All three were VERY flavorful. The meat was cooked perfectly and the ingredients in the wrap complimented the proteins. We finished off with a creme brulee for my son (he let me have a taste and it was great), and I took a Cherry Berry Cheesecake to go. Would definitely recommend based on the atmosphere, wait staff, and ABSOLUTELY

We stopped by The Cove for a couple of cigars and cocktails, and it was an outstanding experience. The Old Fashioneds were some of the best I’ve had, perfectly balanced and expertly made. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. The owner was incredibly kind and opened the cigar lounge early so we could enjoy some drinks and a cigar… we came from MD to try out the place. We didn’t try the food this visit, but after seeing what was coming out of the kitchen, it’s at the top of the list for next time. If the food is anywhere near as good as the cocktails and service, we’re in for a treat. Looking forward to coming back soon!

This place was an interesting visit. The esthetics of the restraunt and the atmosphere was great if gives off the vibe of an uppercrust place with a really nice look. The service was pretty friendly and somewhat attentive. The food was made quick and was for the most part great. The egg rolls were disappointing just not as tasty or big for what your buying I've definitely had better for less. The poutine was great but the portion was definitely on the small side. Now for the entrees the fish with crab was amazing definitely tasted like real crab. The brisket was very impressive absolutely worth getting especially in the triple Mac it was impressively good. Overall a great place to eat at in York if your willing to pay the prices which can be seen as steep especially if you want steak. The drinks are definitely too pricy

We were in town for a funeral and were staying overnight on town. Looking for late bites and this place popped up. We went there about 9:30 and was greeted by Matt the bartender and our food server. He is Sooo nice and helpful. Our food was amazing and the drinks too! So good that I unfortunately didn't take many pictures. We had the pretzel and crab dip app and it was outstanding! I had lobster roll and my husband something yummy, I think it was fish and chips, but I was paying attention to my food! If you are a bourbon drinker, take an Uber and come here! It's unbelievable the choices! Matt is amazing and so refreshing to meet. When visiting in the neighborhood, you need to go HERE!
